What does an accounting package include?

Depending on the package: full bookkeeping, balance sheet, P&L, CIT/PIT/VAT returns, JPK, ZUS, split payment, WNT/WDT. Each package has a clear number of entries included. See the price list for details.

What does support at business launch look like?

Advisory and preparation of accounting and tax documentation usually takes a few business days. Official filings are handled by the client or their chosen attorney-in-fact.

Do you help companies enter the EU or Polish market?

Yes. We provide accounting and tax support for launching in Poland and the EU – business form selection, VAT and ongoing bookkeeping.

How does cooperation work – in person or remotely?

We work remotely – documents by email, communication by email, phone and video. Meetings on request. You can use the virtual office address as your company seat.

Are the prices in the price list final?

Prices in the price list are net. Costs may vary by business scale – e.g. number of bookkeeping entries, employees. Contact us – we will prepare an individual quote.

What languages do you serve clients in?

We serve clients in Polish, English and Ukrainian. Documents and correspondence can be in your chosen language.

What is a virtual office?

A virtual office is a company seat address and correspondence service. You receive mail and optionally access a meeting room. Ideal for freelancers and remote companies.

How do I start cooperation?

Contact us by phone, email or the contact form. We'll discuss your needs, suggest a package, and send a quote. After acceptance, we sign a contract and transfer documents – you can start within days.

Can I change packages during the year?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your accounting package. We'll adjust the scope and fees accordingly. Changes are usually applied from the next billing period.

Do you help with VAT settlements?

Yes. We handle VAT settlements and returns and advise on VAT obligations, including international VAT.
